- Write to contact@gentlebits.net with questions, complaints or claims, and to use your rights over your personal data (Privacy Policy, section 12).
- The same address is our point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act, and where to send notices of illegal content (Terms, section 7.2). You can write in English or Romanian.
- Consumers can also turn to alternative dispute resolution: in Romania, the National Authority for Consumer Protection explains it at ANPC – SAL.
- For data protection complaints, the Romanian authority is the ANSPDCP.
